from a social media agency owner
Managing all your social media yourself? Or do you also have a Social Media Agency like me?
Then, you need tools that will help you manage and strategize for your socials to achieve better results.
As a social media agency owner, I believe in creating simple and efficient systems.
I realized the best way to manage multiple Instagram accounts is by using tools that cater to my needs. Flick Social has been my go-to for years now. So I’m sharing my quick review that might help you decide in choosing your social media tools.
As the changes in social media space is quickly changing, I love how Flick Social is constantly adapting to it. it started as a hashtag tool that saved me a ton of time doing research for all my clients. Now it’s so much more than that.
Here are Flick Social features I am using daily:
Data Analytics
Helps me a lot in tracking the KPIs relevant to my clients’ goals. From overall account performance to specific details for each piece of content, the data is presented in a simpler way that allows me to monitor the different strategies we are implementing for our clients.
I love how this allows me to easily compare our results over different durations AND (the best feature for me) benchmark our results with other similar accounts. It’s the best way to assess if our social media is really working better compared to others by looking at the relevant KPIs, not just the follower count.
Hashtag Research & Monitoring
Instagram used to be hashtag-heavy – imagine, a different set of 30 hashtags for every post! And with the bulk of the content we do – it ate up a lot of our time. This was my primary reason for subscribing to Flick, and it saved me a ton of time and improved our performance so much.
While Instagram is no longer as hashtag-intensive as before, data from Flick still helps us monitor which hashtags are performing best. This information allows us to determine which hashtags to use. We also utilize Flick to search for hashtags that would be most effective for organic outreach in specific niches.
New things added that I am experimenting with:
AI Integrated Content lab
This one blew my mind. It’s like having a new team member! They weren’t kidding when they called it AI Social Media Assistant. It helps you brainstorm ideas, and generate, and repurpose your content.

Scheduling
As much as possible, we do our scheduling in-app. However, there are tons of moments where Meta suites glitch a lot. It’s annoying, and I think their scheduling will be a saving grace since it’s already connected to the accounts.
So what do you think? Are you giving Flick Social a try?
